Vince is a seasoned software architect with a passion for clean code and the command line. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Computer Science, Vince began his career in research labs and at start-ups, where he worked on some then-cutting-edge robotic and mobile technology (now relegated to museums). During that time, he developed a knack for growing software teams and building out DevOps infrastructure to keep them productive.
More recently, he was schooled in the dark bureaucratic arts while building large biometric systems at scale for the federal government. Over the course of 9 years, he both led teams and worked directly in application development, system- and application-architecture, and site reliability engineering.
Vince is very happy to get back to his roots and lead a group of passionate engineers and technologists to do great things at BlueLabs, where his team builds out containerized microservices and data infrastructure for outreach and analysis!
