Castelline joined BlueLabs shortly after completing her Masters’ in International Policy and Development at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with a focus on data, project monitoring, and evaluation. She has conducted survey research in Haiti and Nepal, working with client organizations to conduct thorough needs assessments and design more effective humanitarian and development programs. Castelline is a huge proponent of using data to derive actionable insights in developing country contexts, but also in the U.S.
Castelline is originally from Northern Haiti, but spent her adolescence and early adulthood here in the United States. She completed her undergraduate degree in International Relations at Stanford University, and hopes to someday pursue a doctorate degree in Development Economics, Anthropology or some combination of both disciplines. Regardless of the program, public opinion and survey research will be the focus of what Castelline does.
